For certain campaigns, reviews, promotions or contests, additional terms and conditions may apply.  If you want to participate in such a campaign, promotion or contest, you will be required to agree to the relevant terms and conditions applicable to that campaign, promotion or contest.  In case of any inconsistency between such terms and conditions and these Terms, those terms and conditions will prevail.

Purchases

You may choose to make purchases via this website.  By electing to make a purchase, you agree to pay the advertised price and any additional fees including transaction fees listed when you place your order, using your elected form of payment.  You also warrant that:

2. you will keep all billing information current at all times.

All payments are managed and processed by a third-party merchant.  We do not collect or use any of your credit card or other personal payment information.

If you believe there has been a mistake or unauthorised transaction on your account in relation to our website, you can notify us in the following ways:  Refunds are granted if the customer changes their mind and returns the product unused and with all tags attached within 7 days. We will take steps to investigate the matter and inform you of our findings within a reasonable time period. No returns available on cosmetic products.

We aim for accurate product images, pricing, and product information. However, errors in images or pricing may occur. Should an item be listed with an incorrect price, information, or image, Innerwell maintains the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.

If an item is has the incorrect price, we will either contact you with instructions for completing the order or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. The prices displayed on the Innerwell website are listed in Australian (AUD) dollars.

These prices are valid and effective only within Australia. Furthermore, all listed prices do not include shipping, handling, or sales tax. Charges for shipping, handling, and/or sales tax will be added to your invoice total. You are responsible for paying any shipping and handling charges as well as state, local, sales, or use taxes that may apply. Innerwell does not ship products outside of the Commonwealth of Australia.

Shipping

Order Value Under $175 + GST Freight $11.00 + GST. Order Over $175 + GST Freight Free.
An additional freight charge may apply for shipping of heavy/ bulk items or heavy low cost items. Our customer service staff will advise of any extra costs prior to shipping. A remote location freight surcharge may apply to some customers in remote areas. Our customer service staff will advise if this surcharge applies at the time of order.

Returns Policy

Requests for credits or returns must be made within 7 days of delivery of goods. All goods to be returned, whether defective, incorrectly sent or otherwise, must be authorised by Oborne Health Supplies. To discuss your return please contact a customer service member, who will provide you with a Return Authorisation form which must be included with all goods authorised to be returned.

Items supplied on a 'No Return Basis' including but not limited to cosmetics and special order items will not be accepted for return.

Requests for return/credit of goods due to errors in order processing or damaged items will be arranged at the expense of Oborne Health Supplies. Items ordered in error may be accepted for return at the cost to the customer. In all instances, please ensure that the goods to be returned are packaged in a strong box so they will not be crushed or damaged in transit. Your Customer Service member will advise you of the best method for returning goods.

The following criteria MUST be met in order for items to be accepted for return:

• Goods being returned for any reason must be notified within 7 days of receipt
• Goods must be returned to Oborne Health Supplies and received within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise approved by Customer Service staff
• Goods for return must be accompanied by a completed and corresponding return authorisation form issued by Customer Service.
• Any damage to goods that is incurred in return transit to Oborne Health Supplies resulting from poor packaging or otherwise, is solely the responsibility of the customer.
• Goods will not be accepted for return and a credit will not be issued if it is deemed not to be in original condition. The internal packaging must not show evidence of tampering in any manner.
• Goods must be properly and securely packed in a strong box for return and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are received by Oborne Health Supplies.
• All return post must be clearly addressed to one of the following (to be confirmed by Customer Service):
  -Oborne Health Supplies, 29 Lionel Road, Mt Waverley, VIC 3149, OR
  -Oborne Health Supplies, 11 Combarton St, Brendale QLD 4500, OR
  -Oborne Health Supplies, 2 Craft St, Canning Vale WA 6155.

• The sender's name and address must also be clearly marked on the box being returned.
