This formula is intended for children who are irritable, anxious & restless. It may help to calm, soothe & promote sleep. These herbs have traditionally been used to regulate the Qi, which may assist with hyperactivity & insomnia with night terrors.
Dissolve the granules in a small cup of boiling water and let it cool down (1g metric spoon enclosed in the package).
Children 7 months-3 years: 1g three times daily Children 4-7 years: 2g three times daily Children 8-12 years: 3g three times daily
